Sue Rappaport is a retired food writer, having authored a weekly column for 15 years in The Desert Sun entitled, “What’s Cooking Around Town,” highlighting individuals that had a passion for cooking. During Covid -19, her interest in Jewish cooking was sparked and she started her own YouTube channel – Busybaking4u to share her favorite recipes.
